Our Leadership
Our team is led by Fred Aarons, an experienced strategic house counsel and compliance officer to large multinational companies. Proven mediator, high quality problem solver, multi-tasking and motivated professional with ability to lead, excellent interpersonal, analytical, drafting and negotiation skills, ability to interpret business information and produce efficient results collaboratively.
Mr. Aarons has expertise in a broad array of matters relating to regulatory, transactional, contract and due diligence aspects, compliance oversight and risk mitigation management, product distribution networks, negotiation, mediation, commercial arbitration, and international taxation issues.
