Our team is led by Fred Aarons, an experienced strategic house counsel and compliance officer to large multinational companies. Proven mediator, high quality problem solver, multi-tasking and motivated professional with ability to lead, excellent interpersonal, analytical, drafting and negotiation skills, ability to interpret business information and produce efficient results collaboratively.

Mr. Aarons has expertise in a broad array of matters relating to regulatory, transactional, contract and due diligence aspects, compliance oversight and risk mitigation management, product distribution networks, negotiation, mediation, commercial arbitration, and international taxation issues. Prior to founding CAPITAL BUSINESS ADVISORS LLC, Mr. Aarons developed a professional career in the financial services and corporate areas in different industries as legal, contract (English/Spanish) and regulatory advisor, and business consultant from project inception to funding and implementation in both domestic and international environments.
